Merchandise Bought on Full Price:
At Naazuk Jewels , we offer 3-DAY EXCHANGE policy after receiving the product, for all designs bought on full price (subject to approval). In case of a manufacturing defect we will EXCHANGE the product once sufficient proof is submitted. If the desired product is not available with us, you could order another product of the same or higher value. The differential amount can be paid through our website. We do not provide Reverse Pick –Up services.
STEPS FOR EXCHANGE FOR MERCHANDISE BOUGHT ON FULL PRICE:
1. A 360* degree parcel opening video is MANDATORY for Exchange of broken/defective Merchandise.
2. Please drop us a mail with your original order number along with the details of the exchange.
3. Once approved, please courier the merchandise back to us(at your cost) at the address provided by us.
4. Our Team will connect with you regarding the exchanged product once we receive the courier.
5. The Exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges.
